I'm a Michigan wedding photographer based in Troy, Michigan with 15 years experience as a working photojournalist at the Associated Press and Ann Arbor News. I switched exclusively to shooting weddings about 7 years ago and have now documented over 600 happy couples unique wedding day stories. My clients love my extremely unobtrusive style of shooting, that I'm very easy going and that I appear to be everywhere yet unseen!
My wedding couples receive over 1,000 edited, touched up, enhanced and ready to print images that they own within two weeks of their wedding day. All of my wedding prices and packages is listed.
I've got wedding photography samples from all over Michigan displayed in slideshows so you can see not only "best of" wedding portfolios, but also that each wedding is unique and so are the wedding photos!

I charge $300 an hour of portrait shooting. I still edit, enhance, adjust and have the photos ready to print and as always, you own them.
I predominantly take pictures of Oakland County senior photos outdoors on location for a contemporary and natural look. I love working with seniors to capture their personalities so thoroughly. When you see all 300+ images, you'll see photos of what they looked like when they were young and photos of what they're going to look like in 10 years and everything in between. So much is changing so quickly and I love reflecting that in their senior pictures.
Family photos are usually shot at your home or outdoors... whatever suits the style of your family and showcases you best!
My Detroit area boudoir and glamour photography shoots are popular not only as wedding gifts, Valentines day gifts and sexy birthday presents, but the 40+ year olds are finding this experience to be very empowering and fun. Sorry boys and girls... you won't find any "smutty" photos here... these are private photos for someone who isn't YOU! I shoot in your home or at a nearby Troy hotel... whatever you're most comfortable with.
Baby photos are so fun to shoot! Patience, flexibility and lots of breaks are key for capturing their emerging personalities in a non stressful way. I try to shoot these at your home since everybody's more comfortable in their normal surroundings. I bring the studio to you!
Maternity photos range from fun in the moment shots finding the humor in being pregnant to maternity boudoir type of shots. I like to shoot these portraits to the mom to be's taste and expectations.
My engagement photography isn't just limited to the couples whose weddings I shoot. If you have a fun theme or are looking for fun moments or something more traditional, I'm happy to work with you to create lots of images that you can use for save the date cards, stamps, favors, programs and of course, actual photos!
I also shoot theater head shots, corporate head shots and I create the studio in your home, office or event. I also photograph individual parties, events, bar mitzvahs, trash the dress sessions and paparazzi engagements.

I really 100% on the happy referrals of my clients to keep my shooting calendar full and my life very busy, so I don't advertise on any of the wedding sites like the Knot for my great reviews. Those all come from my couples who are happy to spread the good word! i do have a rave review section, but for the past two years whenever couples let me know how happy they were with my photojournalistic style wedding photography, I ask them to please post their comments on wedding review sites so everyone can read about their experience with me and my photography services. What I love about the wedding photography review sites is that you can really start to see trends so you as the consumer can know what to expect and what sets me apart from other Michigan wedding photographers.
