Thanks once again for the wonderful honor you've given me by voting me your favorite wedding photographer four years in a row. I'm so thankful to all the brides, grooms, wedding parties, parents and guests who all sing my praises so loudly!

While not all the photos in this wedding slideshow are candid, photojournalistic moments from weddings, the bulk of them are from fun moments throughout my 2012 wedding season here in the metro Detroit area. I like to play during the wedding party photos and love getting input from them to find out what they like to do and what kinds of photos would best represent how they interact as a group. So while they certainly, sort of, know what I'm doing, there is certainly an air of spontaneity to the photos. I hope their fun and pleasure of the wedding day comes through loud and clear in these photos!
