Michigan wedding photographers sometimes get to travel to fun places and taking wedding photos at a historic place like Greenfield Village in Dearborn Michigan is a great, fun place to be on a wedding day! It's a great spot for a wedding photojournalist to go nuts... lots of cool old buildings, neat wedding photography angles. Lots of different things to do with wedding couples. The cute little chapel they use at the Greenfield Village is a fun place to shoot wedding photos. I'm not sure if you book their wedding chapel how much access you have to the rest of the grounds at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. I've shot at the chapel several times and only once had the reception in the same location. As a photographer, Greenfield Village offers a great variety of history and unique photo opportunities. We headed from Dearborn to nearby Plymouth, Michigan for the wedding reception at the Inn at St. John's. This is a place I shoot at on a very regular basis and love the variety of interesting architecture the buildings at the Inn at St. John's provide as wedding backdrops. They've also got a few gardens to take wedding photos in along with the waterfalls. I've shot weddings at the Inn at St. Johns in all kinds of weather and can always find interesting ways to photograph couples, despite the elements outside!
